Ingredients for instant iced coffee
Iced coffee is absolutely easy to make and it needs only 4 ingredients - instant coffee, milk, water, and sugar.
I personally like to use the classic Nescafe instant coffee however any other flavor or brand of instant coffee will work well.
I also prefer using the whole milk but if you use skim milk or 2 percent then you can skip adding water or reduce the amount. It is best to use chilled milk and water.
Instead of sugar, a low glycemic index sweetener like blue agave can be added. Also, you can adjust the amount of coffee to adapt to your taste depending on how strong the flavor you enjoy.
How to make iced coffee fast?
Iced coffee can be made by brewing coffee or by using instant coffee. To make iced coffee fast, it is best to use instant coffee as there is no need to brew and cool the coffee.

So simple and perfect! I wish more recipes were like this. I used half equal, half stevia, didn't have a blender so used a Ninja Food Processor to "blend" four ice cubes first, then added everything else. Came out super creamy! Perfect!

Is there a way to make it keto friendly? Maybe cream instead of whole milk?
Alpa Jain says
Hi Cat
Yes, you can replace milk with heavy cream, just make sure you do not over blend the cream, else it can turn to thick whipped cream. You can also mix the coffee in a little water and then mix it with cream. Hope this helps.

Hi I have to say this was by far the very best ice coffee I've ever made. And I've made plenty. They just never really tasted all that great. This quick and easy recipe was awesome.
I added carmel instead of the chocolate and dynamite.
Thank you so much!
