Indian Black Eyed Peas Recipe
Indian black eyed peas curry is a vegan and gluten-free dish. It is very easy to make in the instant pot without soaking the peas.
Serve with Rice
01 Black Eyed Peas
06 Oil, salt, and water
04 Indian spices
02 Onion, Tomato
03 Garam Masala powder
05 Ginger - garlic, Serrano pepper
Saute onion, tomato puree in the instant pot with spices. Add the rinsed black eyed peas.
Pressure cook for 20 minutes followed by natural pressure release.
