Indian Cottage Cheese

Indian cottage cheese or paneer is made with only 2 ingredients.  It is used to make curries, desserts, and appetizers.

1 Whole Milk

2 Vinegar

Bring the milk to a boil.

Add vinegar, stir, and allow to sit for 5-10 minutes

Filter the milk solids in a strainer and rinse with cold water.

Squeeze out excess water.

Cut into cubes.
