Air fryer plantains are healthy and nutritious. They are vegan, gluten-free, and make a quick snack or a side dish. Check out this air fryer recipe to make plantain fries at home with very little oil.

Instructions
Peel the plantains and cut them into wedges.
In a mixing bowl, mix the plantains with all the ingredients except black pepper.
Preheat air fryer at 390 °F for 2-3 minutes.
Air fry the plantains for 12 minutes.
Shake the basket after 6 minutes.
Sprinkle the black pepper and shake the basket once.
Transfer the plantain fries to a serving plate.
