Air fryer pineapple is a healthy, vegan, and gluten-free dish to serve as a side, dessert, or just munch on as a snack. It is very easy to cook fresh pineapple slices in the air fryer in a matter of minutes and they are best served hot.

Pineapple corer
Ingredients

Pineapple
(cored, sliced, and halved)

Red chili powder
(more if needed)

Cinnamon powder
(more if needed)
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer at 390 °F.
Sprinkle red chili powder on half of the pineapple slices.
Sprinkle cinnamon powder on the remaining half of the pineapple slices.
Place the pineapple in the air fryer (do not overlap).
Air fry for about 8 minutes.
Carefully transfer the roasted pineapple slices into a serving tray with the help of kitchen tongs.
If there are more slices, then place them in the air fryer in a similar way and cook for 8 minutes.
