Chikoo milkshake or sapota shake is a popular Indian beverage. It is sweet in taste and thick in consistency. Check out how to make chikoo milkshake at home.

Vitamix or another blender
Ingredients

(sapota, frozen or fresh)

Milk
(whole)

(or sweetener of choice)
Instructions
Defrost frozen chikoo slices in the microwave using the defrost setting.
Rinse the chikoo slices.
Chop the chikoo slices roughly to ensure there are no seeds.
In the Vitamix or blender jar, put the chikoo pieces, milk, and sugar.
Blend on high speed (or smoothie setting) until well blended and the milkshake is smooth in texture.
Notes
To make it vegan, use almond or oats milk.
Instead of sugar, you can use bananas for sweetness.
