Edamame or tender green soybeans are high in protein. Cooked edamame is a great side dish for your meals. Check out this vegan and gluten-free recipe to make frozen edamame in air fryer.

Ingredients

Frozen Edamame

Olive oil

Salt
(to taste)

Garlic powder

Chili flakes
(more to taste)
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 390 °F.
In a mixing bowl add frozen edamame, oil, salt, garlic powder, and red chili flakes.
Toss everything well to coat the oil and seasoning evenly on edamame.
Place the edamame in the air fryer basket.
Air fry the frozen edamame for 10 minutes.
Shake the basket after 5-6 minutes.
Continue to air fry for the remaining time.
Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle more red chili flakes if needed.
Notes
Fresh edamame can be cooked in a similar way. It will need 1-2 minutes less to cook in the air fryer.
