(or sweetener)

Instructions
Optionally chill the bowl and the whisk attachment in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Pour heavy cream into the stand mixer bowl.
Whip fresh cream in the stand mixer using the wire attachment starting from low (2) to high speed(8-10) for about 2-3 minutes.
Once soft peaks form, add vanilla extract and sugar or sweetener (optional).
Continue whipping for another 2-3 minutes until the peaks are stiff.
Notes
Ensure the heavy cream is chilled.
Do not over whip else the cream will release butter.
