Ingredients

Blue Agave sweetener
(or sweetener of choice)

Lemon juice

Instructions
Cut the celery stalks into 3-4 inch pieces
In a blender or Vitamix, put the ginger piece, celery, ice cubes and water.
Start smoothie setting or run the blender from a slow speed and gradually increase to max and blend for about 40 seconds or until well blended.
Strain the juice using a nut milk bag or a strainer.
In a glass, add a tablespoon of agave, a teaspoon of lime juice (or to taste), a pinch of black salt, pinch of pepper and pour the juice.
Mix well, add a few mint leaves for a refreshing taste.
