This is a no cook recipe to graham cracker ice cream with just a few ingredients. Graham cracker ice cream is an easy to make, delicious summer dessert and enjoyed by kids.
Equipment
Ice cream maker
Hand blender
Vitamix or another blender
Ingredients

Heavy Cream

Milk

Graham Crackers

after blending)

Organic cane sugar

tablespoon
Semi-sweet Chocolate
(grated)

⅛
teaspoon
Vanilla extract

Salt
(pinch)
Instructions
Blend the graham crackers in a blender or Vitamix to fine powder.
In a mixing bowl add sugar, milk and a pinch of salt and whisk with a hand blender until sugar dissolves.
Gently mix the heavy cream, graham cracker and vanilla extract into the mixture.
Chill the mixture for 2 hours in the refrigerator
Churn the mixture in ice cream machine for 25 minutes
Add grated chocolate towards the end of the cycle as per manufacturer's instructions
Transfer ice cream into a freezer container and freeze for about 6 hours
