This is an easy 5 ingredient recipe to make eggless almond flour cookies at home! Learn how to make these yummy chocolate chip cookies without baking soda or baking powder.

Almond flour
(blanched)

Butter
(unsalted, at room temperature)

Organic cane sugar

Semi sweet Chocolate Chips

Vanilla extract

Instructions
Whip the butter with a hand blender using the whisk attachment
Add sugar and continue to whisk until the mixture is fluffy.
Add vanilla extract, a pinch of salt and almond flour and mix well with a spoon
Add chocolate chips and mix gently.
Refrigerate the mixture for about 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350° F
Make 12 balls, flatten them by pressing slightly and place on a parchment paper lined in the baking tray.
Place the baking tray in the oven and bake for about 12 minutes or until edges are brown.
Remove the tray from the oven and allow the cookies to cool down
Notes
