Dark soy sauce
(tamari sauce for gluten-free)

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer at 390 °F.
In a mixing bowl, mix the mushrooms with oil, chopped garlic, and soy sauce.
Place the mushrooms in the preheated air fryer and cook for 10 minutes.
Add salt and black pepper and shake the basket.
Air fry for an additional 1 minute and then transfer to a bowl.
Garnish with chopped green onion greens.
