Check out how to make royal falooda at home. It is a creamy, refreshing Indian dessert for any get-together.
Ingredients

Kulfi
(or ice cream - vanilla, strawberry, pistachio, butterscotch flavors go well)

Rose syrup

Pistachio
(optional, unsalted, chopped)
For Vermicelli

Vermicelli
▢

Water
(for boiling)
For Jelly
▢

packet
Jelly
(Bakol brand for vegan, or use tutti frutti instead of jelly)

For Basil seeds

Instructions
Prepare Jelly
Follow instructions on the pack to make jelly.
Refrigerate it as per instructions.
Soak basil seeds
Soak basil seeds in water for about an hour until they puff up.
Cook vermicelli
Boil water and then add vermicelli.
Cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes or until vermicelli is well cooked.
Discard the water and keep vermicelli aside.
Assemble Falooda
In a tall glass, add about 4 tablespoon of cubed jelly.
Add about 2-3 tablespoon of soaked basil seeds with water.
Add rose syrup.
Add milk.
Add 2-3 tablespoons of cooked vermicelli.
Add a scoop of kulfi.
Optionally, garnish with chopped nuts.
Notes
If you make entire packet of jelly, it can be used to make 8-10 servings of the drink.
