Dried fig smoothie is a 3 ingredient, kid-friendly beverage and can be made easily at home. It has no artificial sugar. Check out how to make this smoothie easily at home.
Soak dried figs in half cup of water for 30 minutes.
Put the soaked figs along with the water, banana, and milk in Vitamix or another high speed blender.
Turn the Vitamix on smoothie setting (or gradually increase from slow to high for about 40 seconds).
Smoothie is ready.
Notes
Ideally, there is no need to add any sweetener as figs and bananas add the sweetness. However, if you want it sweeter, you can add sugar, agave nectar, or a sweetener of your choice.
