Strawberry float is a cupid's float for Valentine's Day as well as a refreshing summer treat made with just 4 ingredients. This is a gluten-free crowd-pleaser recipe to make strawberry ice cream soda float at home in just 5 minutes!

Strawberry ice cream

Strawberries
(pureed)

Organic cane sugar
(or sweetener of choice)

Soda
(more as needed)
Instructions
With a hand blender or Vitamix, blend the strawberries and sugar into a smooth puree.
In a tall glass pour half cup of pureed strawberries.
Pour some soda and mix it well.
Put a scoop of strawberry ice cream.
Pour the remaining soda on the ice cream.
Notes
You can adjust the amount of sweetener depending on the sweetness of the strawberries.
