Mixing bowl
Ingredients

Potato
(peeled, cut into wedges)

Olive oil

Oregano

teaspoon
Thyme

teaspoon
Salt

Garlic powder

Red chili powder
To be added after cooking

Black pepper
Instructions
Peel the potatoes, cut them into wedges.
Rinse them thoroughly and soak them in cold water for 10-15 minutes.
Discard the water and pat dry them with a paper towel.
In a mixing bowl, mix the cut potatoes with all the ingredients except black pepper.
Preheat air fryer at 390 °F for 2-3 minutes.
Air fry the potato wedges for 12 minutes.
Shake the basket after 6 minutes.
Sprinkle the black pepper and shake the basket once.
Transfer the potato wedges to a serving plate.
