Paneer  Wrap

Paneer wraps or rolls are made with veggies, paneer, and some spices. These Indian-style wraps are perfect for snacks, lunch, dinner, kids' school or office lunch.

Ingredients

05 Oil, Butter, Salt, and Ketchup

02 Vegetables: Bell Pepper, Serrano Pepper, Onion and Cilantro

03 Spices: Turmeric, Cumin, Coriander powder and Chaat Masala

04  Ginger - garlic

Cut and dice paneer and all the vegetables.

Saute onion, ginger, garlic and serrano pepper. Add and cook spices. Add bell peppers and paneer at the last.

Assemble the wrap with cooked filling, raw onion, chaat masala and ketchup.
