Ingredients

Frozen Mixed Vegetables

Olive oil

Salt
(to taste)

Garlic powder

Ginger
(grated)

Pepper
Instructions
In a mixing bowl, mix the frozen mixed vegetables with oil, salt, garlic powder, and ginger.
Preheat the air fryer to 390 °F.
Place the frozen vegetables in the air fryer basket.
Air fry the vegetables for 8 - 10 minutes.
Open and shake the basket after 4-5 minutes.
Air fry at 390° F for the remaining time.
Transfer to a serving plate and optionally sprinkle some black pepper.
Notes
Fresh mixed vegetables can be cooked in a similar way. It may need 1-2 minutes more to cook in the air fryer.
