Vegetables are a great addition to your meals for a healthy and wholesome diet. I am a big fan of frozen mixed vegetables from Costco and Trader Joe's. It contains a variety of veggies like broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, peas, snow peas, cauliflower, baby corn, bell pepper, green beans, and more.
Air fryer frozen vegetables are easy to cook and can be quickly prepared to serve as a side dish, as a filling for wraps, or to add to pasta dishes.

This is a simple and easy recipe to make stir fry frozen vegetables in an air fryer with basic spices. To make air fryer frozen mixed vegetables, it is best to use stir fry vegetables or medley. They are easily available in Costco and Trader Joe's.
A little olive oil and basic spices like salt, garlic powder, black pepper, and grated ginger are all you need to make it delicious and flavorful.
Can you make frozen veggies in air fryer?
If you are thinking about how you can cook frozen mixed vegetables, then there are many options like roasting in the oven, grill, skillet, or in the air fryer. It is very easy and one of my favorite ways to cook mixed frozen vegetables in the air fryer as it takes less effort.
How to air fry frozen mixed vegetables?
There is no need to defrost the frozen vegetables before cooking them in the air fryer. Just take the required quantity of veggies into a mixing bowl, add some olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and ginger and give it a good toss.
Preheat the air fryer to 390 °F. I have made these roasted mixed veggies in the Instant Vortex Plus air fryer. Put the seasoned frozen veggies in the air fryer basket and cook for 8 minutes. Shake the air fryer basket after 4-5 minutes and then continue cooking it for the remaining time.
Once done, open the air fryer basket and check the vegetables for doneness by inserting a fork into the cooked veggies. Depending on the air fryer model, the timing may vary and you may need to cook for an additional few minutes.
The veggies will be tender and have a slight crunch, if you need them more crispy continue cooking them for a few more minutes.
How to make frozen vegetables crispy in air fryer?
If you want the crispy texture of the vegetables then ensure that you coat the vegetables well with oil. If they are not coated well then they will be soft. Also, depending on your air fryer, you might have to cook for an additional few minutes.
Serving suggestions
Roasted frozen veggies can be served as a side dish with your meals like mac and cheese, pizza, soups, and pasta dishes. They are great to make lettuce wraps or tortilla wraps.
Storage
It is best to serve the mixed veggies when they are hot. However, if you have any leftovers, you can store it in an air-tight container and when you are ready to serve, you can reheat them in the microwave or in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes at 350° F.

Instructions
