Instructions
Roast the puffed rice in a skillet for 2-3 minutes on medium heat and let it cool down.
In a bowl add puffed rice and all dry ingredients.
Add the chutney and spices.
Mix everything well. Adjust the chutney and spices as per taste.
Garnish with chopped cilantro and optionally with a few drops of lime juice.
