Add all the wet and dry ingredients in the bread machine container in the order recommended by the bread machine manufacturer.
Select and start the "Quick Bread" cycle
Keep the lid open and monitor for a few minutes, scrape any flour on the side of the pan to ensure a good mix.
A minute before the baking cycle starts, add the chopped walnuts and close the lid. (or when the machine beeps for add-ins)
Once the baking is complete and "Quick Bread" cycle is over, remove the bread machine pan from the bread machine and allow it to cool down for 15-20 minutes.
Invert and shake the bread machine pan to remove the zucchini bread.
Let the zucchini bread cool down completely before slicing or icing it.

It is best to weigh the flour using a digital food scale and sift the flour so that there are no lumps while the bread machine mixes all the ingredients.
While the bread machine is mixing all the ingredients, scrape any flour on the sides of the pan to ensure a good mix.
