Air fryer chocolate cake is a delicious dessert that is easy to make. You can make it for special occasions or holidays. It is an eggless, moist cake made in the Instant Vortex Plus air fryer in a bundt pan. Check out the recipe.

Instructions
Preferably, sift the all-purpose flour and cacao powder.
Place all the wet and dry ingredients in the stand mixer bowl and mix well on medium speed using the wire attachment.
Push any flour on the sides of the bowl using a silicone spatula while mixing the ingredients.
Grease the bundt pan with some oil or butter and dust it with some flour.
Fill the bundt pan to about ¾th its capacity.
Air fry the cake for 25-30 minutes at 320°F.
Insert a toothpick in the center of the cake. If it comes out clean, it is done. Else air fry it for 1-2 minutes until done.
Allow the cake to completely cool down before inverting it and removing it from the bundt pan.
Easy Chocolate ganache (not vegan)
Warm heavy cream in the microwave for 30 seconds.
Add melting chocolate wafers and mix well until smooth, using a whisk.
Allow the ganache to cool down before applying on the cake.
