Fresh watermelon soda is a refreshing summer drink for kids and adults. This is a non-alcoholic mocktail recipe using fresh watermelon and soda. It goes along with barbeque parties, kids' parties, or potlucks.

Vitamix or another blender
Soda Maker
Ingredients

Watermelon
(cubed)

Club soda
(or more if desired)

tablespoon
Blue Agave sweetener
(or preferred sweetener)
▢
Salt
(to taste)
▢
Mint leaves
▢
Ice Cubes
Instructions
Blend the watermelon cubes in the blender to make a smooth juice.
Optionally strain the watermelon juice using a strainer or a nut milk bag.
Pour some ice in a glass. Add a tablespoon of blue agave sweetener, a pinch of salt. Pour the watermelon juice and half a cup of soda.
Garnish the drink with some fresh mint leaves.
