Orange marmalade a sweet, tangy, and zesty condiment made with fresh oranges. This is a dump-and-go recipe to make it in the bread machine. Check it out.

Ingredients

Navel oranges

Organic cane sugar

Unsalted butter
Instructions
Rinse the oranges thoroughly well with water and pat dry them
Cut the oranges into halves and juice them with a citrus juicer.
Scoop the halves with a spoon, remove the pulp and as much of the pith.
Cut the orange skin into thin strips of about ⅕th of an inch.
Place the orange juice, cut orange peels, sugar, pectin, and butter in the bread machine container.
Select and start the "Jam" cycle.
Once jam cycle is complete, transfer the marmalade into a sterilized jar and let it cool. (CAUTION! Container will be very hot!)
Once cooled, store the jam in the refrigerator.
