Plum jam is a sweet and tangy condiment made with fresh ripe plums. This is a dump-and-go recipe to make it in the bread machine. Check it out.

Ingredients

Pectin

Unsalted butter
Instructions
Cut the plums into thin slices or small chunks and discard the seeds.
Place the plum slices, sugar, pectin, and butter in the bread machine container.
Select and start the "Jam" cycle.
Once jam cycle is complete, transfer to a sterilized jar and let it cool. (CAUTION! Container will be very hot!)
Once cooled, store the jam in the refrigerator.
