Instructions
Add the cranberries and water to the instant pot liner.
Close and lock the lid.
Pressure cook on high-pressure mode for 10 minutes.
Allow the pressure to release naturally.
Using an immersion hand blender, blend the water and cranberries into a fine juice.
Strain the juice using a fine-mesh strainer.
Add a tablespoon of agave nectar per cup of cranberry juice while serving.
Cranberry juice can be served hot or cold.
Notes
To serve chilled, you can cook cranberries in 4 cups of water. Add 2 cups of chilled water after opening the instant pot lid. This will help cool the juice faster.
