Mango Passion Fruit Ice Cream

Ingredients
- ½ cup Passion fruit (frozen cubes, 2 oz.)
- 1 cup Mango pulp (or fresh or frozen mango chunks)
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- ½ cup Whole Milk
- ¾ cup Organic cane sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
Instructions
- Blend the frozen passion fruit cubes, mango, sugar, milk, and salt in Vitamix until everything is well blended and the sugar is dissolved. (Gradually increase Vitamix speed to 6-7)
- Transfer the mixture into a bowl and mix in the heavy cream with a spatula.
- Pour the mixture into the ice cream machine.
- Churn the mixture for 25 minutes.
- Transfer the mango passion fruit ice cream to a freezer-safe container.
- Freeze the ice cream for about 5-6 hours before serving.
