This air fryer broccoli roasted with garlic is a quick and easy side dish and goes well with Asian meals. It is vegan, gluten-free, and can be made using fresh or frozen broccoli florets.

Ingredients

(fresh or frozen florets)

Olive Oil

Sesame Oil

Cloves
Garlic
(chopped)

Red chili powder

Sesame Seeds

(to taste)

Instructions
Pre-heat air-fryer at 390 F for a minute.
Rinse the florets with water and get rid of the ice crystals if using frozen broccoli. Get rid of any excess water.
Mix all the ingredients in a mixing bowl ensuring the florets are well coated with the oil and seasoning.
Transfer the seasoned florets into an aluminum foil and wrap it.
Air fry the florets for 15 minutes.
Open the aluminum foil and cook uncovered for another 1-2 minutes.
Insert a fork to check if the florets are well cooked but a bit crunchy.
Notes
You can also use "Everything Bagel Seasoning" for additional flavor.
