Air fryer peanuts make a quick vegan and gluten-free snack. Peanuts can be roasted in a skillet, oven, or in the air fryer. This is an easy recipe to make roasted peanuts in the air fryer with salt, pepper, and red chili powder.

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 330 °F.
In a mixing bowl, add oil, salt, chili powder, black pepper and mix well.
Add the peanuts and mix well to ensure all the peanuts are coated with the oil and spices.
Air fry the peanuts for 8-10 minutes at 330 °F.
Shake the basket after 4-5 minutes.
Transfer to a bowl and allow the peanuts to cool down.
