If you love homemade pizza then you will like this bread machine pizza dough recipe. You can use this pizza dough to make pizza with your favorite toppings.
2 ¼teaspoonInstant Yeast or Bread Machine yeast(7 grams)
Instructions
Add the ingredients (water, oil, salt, sugar, all purpose flour, and yeast) to bread machine container in the order recommended by the bread machine manufacturer.
Close the lid and start the "Dough" cycle.
Once the "Dough" cycle is complete, remove the dough from the pan and knead on a lightly floured surface for a few seconds.
Divide the dough into 3 equal parts and roll one part on floured surface to form 10 inch pizza base.
Place the pizza base on baking tray or a heated cast iron skillet and apply some olive oil.
Apply pizza sauce, your favorite toppings, and cheese.
Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 475°F for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese becomes golden brown in color.
Notes
If you are using pizza stone or cast iron skillet to bake a pizza, pre heating them is required as it ensures base is well cooked and crispy.
