
Greek yogurt with fruits makes a wholesome protein rich breakfast and snack and takes only 5 minutes to make it. It can easily be adapted to use fruits of your choice and also add nuts and granola for additional nutrition and crunchy texture.
Ingredients
The main ingredient to make Greek yogurt fruit bowl is Greek yogurt and fresh fruits of your choice. I have used strawberries and blueberries, however bananas, raspberries, blackberries, mango, peaches or pineapple can be used. You can easily make Greek yogurt at home or use store-bought one.
Additional ingredients are granola and nuts of choice like pine nuts, pistachios, walnuts, sunflower seeds, pecans, Brazil nuts, or macadamia nuts.
A sweetener is optional, only if you want additional sweetness you can add maple syrup or agave nectar.

Instructions
Whisk a cup of Greek yogurt to make it smooth. Divide it into two portions and put them in serving bowls. 10 oz. size bowls work well to make yogurt breakfast bowls. Add chopped strawberries and blueberries.
If you want to make Greek yogurt with fruits and nuts then you add nuts of your choice. I like to add walnuts, pine nuts, pistachios, and some pumpkin seeds.
Granola is added to make a Greek yogurt breakfast bowl with fruits, nuts, and granola. A yogurt parfait can be made with Greek yogurt, fruits, nuts, and granola arranged in layers.
If you want more sweetness, add a little maple syrup, agave nectar, or a sweetener of your choice.

Serving suggestions
Greek yogurt breakfast bowls are easy to make in small bowls. If you want to make a parfait, add little yogurt then some granola, then another layer of yogurt and nuts, finally a layer of yogurt and then fruits at the top.
Storage
You can make Greek yogurt with fruit breakfast bowls ahead of time and keep them covered in the refrigerator for 1-2 days.
