Instructions
Cooking frozen vegetable spring rolls in the air fryer is easy and even kids can do it! You can cook the spring rolls from frozen and there is no need to thaw them before air frying.
Preheat the air fryer to 390°F for 2-3 minutes or until it prompts you to add food. Now carefully place the spring rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You can air fry them in multiple batches if needed and also make use of kitchen tongs to help place them.
Air fry the spring rolls at 390°F for 8 minutes. After about 4-5 minutes of air frying, open the air fryer basket. At this point, if the spring rolls look dry then you can apply some oil with a basting brush, or spray some using an oil sprayer and then flip them.

Continue air frying for the remaining time and then open the air fryer basket. Crispy air fryer spring rolls are now ready to eat with your favorite sauce.
If you want the spring rolls to be more golden brown in color or if they are not as crispy as your liking then you can air fry them for a minute or two more.
Depending on the size of the frozen spring rolls, the air frying time will vary. For mini spring rolls, it can take lesser time about 4-6 minutes. For the regular-size frozen spring rolls, it will take about 8-10 minutes. For larger-size spring rolls, it can take 10-12 minutes.
Serving suggestions
It is best to serve the crunchy spring rolls hot once they are out of the air fryer. You can serve them with your favorite dipping sauce like peanut sauce. A frozen spring roll packet usually comes with dipping sauce.
