You will need to chop the fruits to bite-size after peeling them.
The best way to choose the fruits for this salad is to use a combination of sweet and tangy fruits for a delicious taste. Adding a little orange juice keeps the fruits juicy and sprinkling chaat masala enhances the overall flavor. A few chopped mint leaves make it refreshing and a little bit of pink salt balances the sweet and tangy flavors.

- Fruits - you can use fresh fruits of your choice like pomegranate, cantaloupe, pears, guava, blueberries, watermelon, and raspberries.
Equipment
To make fruit chaat you don't need any equipment but just a few kitchen tools like a sharp knife and a vegetable peeler to help with chopping and peeling. A large mixing bowl and a mixing spoon are needed to mix the fruits well.
Storage
